Ingredients: * 1 onion, minced * 2 tsp ginger, minced * 2 garlic cloves, minced * 1 lb ground pork (or ground chicken or turkey) * 5 tbsp brown sugar * 2 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce * 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder * 4 thai chilis (optional) * 4 dried chilis * 1 green onion, sliced (white and green parts separated) * sliced tomato and cucumbers for garnish Instructions: 1. Heat pan over medium heat and add oil. 2. Add onions, cook until lightly browned. Add white parts of green onions, garlic, ginger, Thai Chilis. Cook for 1 min. 3. Add ground pork, crumble, and cook for 2 mins or until no longer pink. 4. Add brown sugar and soy sauce (or fish sauce). Add dried chilis. 5. Turn heat to high. Flatten pork so each piece touches the surface of the pan. Don’t stir to let it caramelize for 2 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes. If not caramelized enough, let it cook without stirring for another 30 seconds. Repeat process until caramelized to your taste. 6. When caramelized to taste, add green onions and stir. 7.
