Reply TzuChiCultureMission November 18, 2021 Ingredients: * 150g abalone mushrooms (maple oyster mushroom), diced * 15g fresh basil leaves, minced * 30g Gruyère cheese, diced * 30g shredded cheese * 80g Chinese yam (nagaimo), skinned and grated * 1 lemon * 5g salt * 2g black pepper * 30g olive oil * 35g flour * 50g bread crumbs * 15g sesame paste * 35g yogurt * 15g sugar Directions: 1. Mix abalone mushrooms, basil leaves, Gruyère cheese, shredded cheese and Chinese yam together. 2. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper. Add flour. 3. Shape the mixture into balls and cover them with bread crumbs. 4. Fry on medium low heat until golden. 5. Make a sauce by mixing sesame paste with warm water, sugar, salt, lemon juice and yogurt. 6.
