* 1/2 can artichoke hearts
* 4oz cream cheese
* 1/4 cup sour cream
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise
* 1 clove garlic
* 1 pinch crushed red pepper
* salt to taste
Make the dip
1. Drain and chop the artichokes into bite sized pieces. (I like to use a salad spinner).
2. Combine all the ingredients into a microwave safe bowl and stir
3. microwave for 20 seconds to melt the cream cheese and cook the garlic a little.
4. Stir until fully combined and either microwave for 45 more seconds or broil for 5 minutes until bubbly.
5. serve hot, and enjoy.
you could also add:
1 tablespoon of chopped sundried tomatoes, 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup mozzarella. Broil for 5-7 minutes until bubbly
1 chopped chipotle pepper, 1/4 cup frozen corn, 1/4 cup pepperjack cheese. Microwave for 45 seconds
1/4 cup drained and chopped frozen spinach & microwave for 45 seconds.
