When Ricotta Cheese meets Mexican Four Cheese and get into Oven with Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Fresh Rosemary, Salt, Pepper and then get mixed with Minced Garlic cooked in Olive Oil, lot of Chopped Cilantro – You get Best yumm Appetizer!
Top it with Red Chili Flakes (we love ours spicy)& eat with some delcious Bruschetta ~ and ya thank me later please!
You can use Mozzarella cheese in place of Mexican Four I was out of Mozzarella cheese and so used whatever I had but I am so pleased with the result!
**Ingredients**
* 2 cups of Fresh Ricotta Cheese
* 2 tbsp of Freshly Chopped Rosemary
* 4 Tbsp 2 tbsp (to make roaemary infused oil) +2tbsp (to@cook minced garlic)of extra Virgin Oil
* Salt & pepper per taste (@mccormickspice Black Pepper)
* Red Chili flakes per taste (@mccormickspice
* 1 tbsp of minced garlic cooked in 2 tbsp of olive oil
* Black Sesame seeds to Garnish
* 1/4 cup of Chopped Cilantro
* 2-3 tbsp of Mexican Four Cheese or more per your taste
**Directions**
1. In a mixing Bowl add Ricotta cheese along with Rosemary Infused Olive oil, Minced Garlic cooked in 2 tbsp of Olive Oil (you can strain rosemary if you wish), salt and pepper and mix well!
2. Tranfer into a small Ceramic Oven Safe Baking pan and add Mexican Four Cheese on top & let it cook in preheated oven 350 degrees Farenheit for 15-20 minutes!
3. Once it come out of the oven add chopped cilantro and Red Chili flakes and mix well!
4. Enjoy with Toasted Bruchetta🤩
