Combine mayo, sriracha and sweet chili sauce in bowl. SHRIMP RECIPE 1. Throughly coat shrimp with flour. Shrimp should be slightly damp so flour adheres. 2. Place floured shrimp in egg wash. Coat thoroughly. 3. Next moved shrimp to corn starch and coat throughly. 4. Fry at 325-350 for 4-5 minutes or until light brown. 5. Drain oil, place in bowl. 6. Toss with enough sauce to coat bu not drown the shrimp. 7. Serve on bed of julienned Romain lettuce.
