To make one of these delicious jaffles you will need.
-2 slices of brioche bread. Can be substituted with white bread if you like.
-15 g of Caramilk chocolate, chopped. This roughly equates to about 3 individual squares.
-30g or roughly 2 tablespoons of Ricotta.
-A couple of Raspberries, sliced in half.
-Butter.
-Icing sugar. (Optional)

How to make Caramilk Ricotta and Raspberry Jaffles
1.) Preheat your Jaffle Maker.
2.) In a bowl, mix the Ricotta and chopped Caramilk chocolate.
3.) Butter both slices of Brioche bread and place them butter side down onto the Jaffle Maker.
4.) Spoon on and spread Caramilk Ricotta mix onto one of the slices and then add a few sliced Raspberries on top.
5.) Complete the sandwich by placing the other slice of Brioche on top butter side up and close the sandwich maker. Toast for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from Jaffle Maker and finish by dusting some icing sugar over the top.
