It’s got a nice crispy-ish exterior, with a much more chewy and soft center. Super easy to make! I’ve been meal prepping these a lot to take as on-the-go snacks. Hope you guys enjoy 🙂 [Original recipe here!](https://www.instagram.com/p/CTnLq5av4cZ/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link) **MACROS (for 8-12 bars)** For 1 of 8: 77 cals (6g P • 15g C • 2g F) For 1 of 12: 52 cals (4g P • 10g C • 1g F) Whole batch: 619 cals (49g P • 122g C • 13g F) **INGREDIENTS** 130g Kodiak Powercakes mix (sub pancake mix of choice) 1 medium egg 40g brown sweetener (sub regular brown sugar or coconut sugar) 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 60g 0% greek yogurt (fattier greek yogurts should be fine too) 10g sugar-free mini choco chips (or choco chips of choice) **DIRECTIONS** 1. In a medium bowl, mix together dry, then add wet. Combine until a thick batter forms (may almost be dough-like). 2. Line an 8×4 loaf tin and spread batter evenly. 3. Top with chocolate chips. 4. Bake ~14 mins at 350F until toothpick inserted comes out fairly clean. 5. Let fully cool and dig in!
