1. Whisk the egg white with the salt
2. When it becomes foamy start adding the sugar
3. When the meringue gets stiff peaks add the vinegar and the vanilla
4. Mix a bit more
5. Sift the cacao & the cornstarch
6. Fold them in
7. On a baking sheet, put the meringue in an 8inch circle
8. Preheat the oven to 300°F
9. Put the Pavlova in the oven and immediately turn the oven to 250°F
10. Bake for 1h15
11. After, turn the oven off without opening the door and leave the Pavlova in the oven for 2 more hours
*2️⃣Chocolate whipped cream*
1. Whip the cream and the sugar together
2. When the cream gets soft peaks, sift the cocoa powder over it
3. Keep mixing until stiff peaks
4. When the Pavlova is cooled down add the whipped cream over it
5. Spread it out
*3️⃣Toppings*
1. Add your favorite toppings on top ( fruit coulis, fruits…)
