Have a look at the [YT Recipe video from here](https://youtu.be/piwmJQRgb2Y) **Ingredients:** * 250g Organic firm tofu * 1tbsp Olive oil * 1tsp Aromat (flavoured salt) * 1/4 tsp Turmeric * 3-4 tbsp Plant based milk * 1 tsp Egg replacement * Black pepper (to taste) Aromat substitute: * 1/4 tsp Salt * 1/2 tsp Onion powder * 1/4 tsp Garlic powder * 1/2 tsp Sugar **Directions** 1. Add 1 table spoon of olive oil onto a medium high heat non-stick frying pan. 2. scramble 250g of organic tofu into small pieces, the smaller the tofu pieces the better outcome you’ll get. 3. Add a teaspoon of flavoured salt or aromat and quarter teaspoon of tumeric (If you don’t have aromat, you can substitute it with the spices mentioned in the ingredients and it will have the same taste). 4. Clear a little circle in the middle of the pan and add to that 2 tablespoons of plant based milk. 5. Add about a teaspoon of egg replacement, you can replace it with corn or tapioca starch. 6. Once all the ingredients are mixed, add another 2 tablespoons of plant based milk and mix. 7. Move the tofu scramble around until the loose pieces form bigger clusters. 8. Sprinkle a dash of black pepper on top to your taste. Reply Add Comment Cancel Reply Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
