Instructions
1. First sieve 300 grams of self raising flour in a mixing bowl.
2. Then add 150 grams of dark brown sugar and 120 grams of cold unsalted butter. Knead everything with your hands.
3. Next add a pinch of salt and 36 grams of cookie and gingerbread spices. Mix everything by hand.
4. Pour 30 ml of milk little by little to the mixture.
5. Knead a dough ball. Wrap the dough ball in foil and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
6. Grease the baking paper with sunflower oil.
7. Make round balls of 10 grams each. If you want smaller balls you can make them 5 grams each.
8. Bake for 15 minutes (180°C).
9. Let them cool for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes they are ready to be served.
