* 500 grams of all purpose flour
* 500 milliliters of milk
* 7 grams of instant yeast

Instructions
1. First heat 30 ml of milk and add this with 7 grams of instant yeast to a tray. Set this tray aside for 15 minutes.
2. Next add 500 grams of all purpose flour, 10 grams of salt, the yeast mixture & 45 grams of unsalted butter, 470 ml of heated milk and 1 egg to your kitchen machine.
3. Beat the dough airy.
4. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth. Let it rise for an hour.
5. Then add sunflower oil to your casserole pan.
6. Bake the Oliebollen for 8 minutes or until golden brown (180°C).
7. When you have baked all your Oliebollen add powdered sugar on top! The Oliebollen are ready yo be served!
