Peel and cube potatoes. Soak them in water to remove starch. 2. Heat pan on medium heat and add oil 3. Drain potatoes and add to pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides until slightly browned. 4. In the meantime, prepare your sauce. Combine garlic, soy sauce, honey, oil, and cayenne powder. 5. Add sauce to potatoes. Add water. Turn heat to medium low and cover with lid for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Uncover, turn heat to medium and cook until very little liquid left. 7.
