Instructions
1. Add 350 grams of waffle biscuits in your food processor. Grind the biscuits finely and then add them to a mixing bowl.
2. Next add 100 grams of Nutella to the mixture. Mix everything together. If you can’t make round balls of the mixture add a little bit more Nutella.
3. Take a piece of the mixture and add a peanut in the middle. Then roll a round ball of the mixture.
4. Let the mixture set in the freezer for 1 hour.
5. Chop 70 grams of roasted peanuts.
6. Melt 70 grams of unsalted butter and 250 grams of melted dark belgian chocolate (seperate).
7. Add the melted butter to the mixing bowl with the melted dark belgian chocolate. Mix everything together. Then add the chopped peanuts and mix everything.
8. Give the round balls a layer of chocolate with chopped peanuts. Let the Ferrero Rocher balls drain on a dripping rack.
9. Then place the Ferrero Rocher balls on a plate with baking paper. Let it set in the fridge for 1 hour. After 1 hour the Ferrero Rocher balls are ready to be served.
