Soak the mushrooms in water until soft, then marinate in some sugar, vegetarian oyster sauce, and white pepper for a day. 2. Remove the mushroom stems and with a scissor, cut the mushroom into a spiral and into long strips. 3. Dip the mushroom strips in cornstarch or potato starch and deep fry until golden and crisp. 4. In a heated pan, mix the water, black vinegar, vegetarian oyster sauce and sugar, add the fried mushroom strips and sprinkle some sesame seeds and dried osmanthus flowers. 5.
