Instructions

4. Add 130 grams of oats to your food processor. Grind the oats really fine to oats flour.
5. Add the oats flour to the mixture. Mix everything together.
6. Thereafter add 4 grams of baking powder to the mixture. Mix everything together.
7. Add 40 grams of raisins to the mixture.
8. Roll small round oat balls by hand.
9. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
10. Flatten the biscuits slightly with your fingers.
11. Bake for 15 minutes (200°C).
12. Let the Oat cookies cool for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes the cookies are ready to be served
