You can eat it in many of their restaurant because it is so popular. Malva pudding is so satisfying and comforting to eat! You should eat it warm and it is perfect just as it is! But if you feel fancy you can always add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a little custard! Malva pudding is a rich dessert that is super simple and fast to accomplish! Instructional video of the recipe [Malva Pudding](https://youtu.be/0_6ngG9tH3E) **Ingredients** Pudding * 20g Butter * 150g Sugar * 2 Eggs * 20g Apricot Jam * 3g Baking Soda * 120ml Milk * 5ml Balsamic Vinegar * 125g Flour * 2g Salt Sauce * 200ml Cream * 80g Sugar * 100g Butter * 100ml Hot Water * 10ml Vanilla Extract **Directions** 1. Whisk sugar and eggs until the sugar completely dissolve. 2. Add jam, vinegar, melted butter and milk. 3. Whisk for 2 minutes 4. Mix all the dry ingredients together ( flour, baking soda and salt) 5. Add and mix until it is completely incorporated 6. Don’t over mix!! 7. Pour into an 8inch mold ( Buttered and lined with parchment paper) 8. Bake at 350C for 30-35minutes 9. Meanwhile, put all the ingredients of the sauce in a pan 10. Heat until almost boiling 11. When the pudding is ready, poke holes all over 12. Immediately pour the sauce over the pudding 13.
