Mash steamed potatoes until smooth 2. Add salt, garlic powder, black pepper, oil, butter, milk and corn starch 3. Mix until homogenous 4. Put into piping bag 5. Heat up oil medium heat 6. Pipe the potato mix in a spiral motion into the oil 7. Fry until golden brown all over 8. Ingredients:
* Steamed Potatoes 400g
* Salt 2 tsp
* Garlic Powder 1 tsp
* Black Pepper 1 tsp
* Oil 1 tbsp
* Butter 1 tbsp
* Milk 1/4 Cup
* Corn Starch 3 tbsp
Recipe:
