These Soft Molasses Cookies reminds me the one my grandma used to do when I was little. I found this recipe in her recipe book and decided to share with you.
1. Mix Margarine and Brown Sugar together
2. Beat the egg before adding it to the mix
3. Add Molasses
4. Dissolve the Baking Soda in a little bit of water before adding it to the milk
5. Mix the ginger with the smaller amount of flour you can use
6. Add in the milk and the flour in your first mixture alternately
7. When you are done, if your dough is too moist and too sticky to roll it out, you can add more flour
8. Roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter of your choice to detail cookies
9. Place them on a baking sheet
10. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350°F
11. Enjoy 😀
