Pre-soak the mung beans in water overnight, drain the water, and steam until cooked. 2. Dab some rice flour on the mold’s inner lining. 3. Blend the mung beans, coconut milk and sugar until creamy. 4. Pour the creamy paste on a pan and stir over heat until a dough forms. 5. Mix the dough with some rice flour. 6.
