If you must add a topping or mix-in, try granola, chocolate chips, fresh fruit, sprinkles, butterscotch chips or swirl in some peanut butter. Uh, yum, right?

- 3 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Here’s how to make it:
- Combine the yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Mix until sugar is completely dissolved. Pop in the fridge for about an hour.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions until it’s like soft serve ice cream.
- Spoon into a freezer container and freeze about 2 hours before serving.
