  • 3 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Combine the yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Mix until sugar is completely dissolved. Pop in the fridge for about an hour.
  2. Pour the yogurt mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions until it’s like soft serve ice cream.
  3. Spoon into a freezer container and freeze about 2 hours before serving.
