Mon began by whipping one cup of cream in a bowl then adding half a cup of condensed milk before roughly chopping six Iced Vovo biscuits
To make the dessert, Mon used cream, condensed milk and Iced Vovo biscuits – but also added raspberry jam and shaved coconut on top.
‘First thing you want to do is whip up your cream until it’s really firm,’ Mon said.
Next, she measured half a cup of condensed milk to add to the cream and whipped for a few minutes until a smooth texture was formed.
Mon then roughly chopped six Iced Vovo biscuits and placed the pieces into the bowl.
The cream was then poured into a square container and extra biscuit pieces were placed on top.

The dessert was then set in the freezer for a minimum of four hours before serving, and the first scoop looked mouth-watering.
Not only is the recipe easy to follow and requires few ingredients, but it’s also ideal for those who don’t own an ice cream machine.
Hundreds of other foodies on TikTok dubbed the insight as ‘genius’ and many seemed eager to try the recipe themselves.
‘Omg I have to make this, can’t wait,’ one woman wrote, another suggested: ‘Some extra jam swirled through would make this even more heavenly.’
