Oreo Lava Cake! Craving for a lava cake? well now you have the easiest of recipes to make it at home in literally no time! This decadence will require a very few ingredients, an oven/microwave and a ceramic mug and voila! You have the soft & spongy cake with chocolate oozing right in front of you!
INGREDIENTS
120 gms or 1 big pack of Oreo Biscuits
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
dark chocolate/milk chocolate piece
METHOD –
Take 120 gms – One big packet of crushed Oreo biscuits
Grind into a powder in a mixer
Add 1/3 cup milk
Add ½ tsp of baking powder
Grind into a paste
Take a ceramic cup
Add the batter to it
Place a piece of dark or milk chocolate
Cover it with more oreo mix
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 5 mins or in microwave for 90 secs
Serve hot
