Donna Shumaker and her children pose with the Easter Bunny.

The Easter Bunny made an appearance in Sandy Ridge this past Saturday. He was spotted at Red Top Café, seen cruising down Amostown Road, Beasley School Road, Frank Joyce Road, Highway 704 past Pintos, Foothills store, the Shell station and The Ridge Restaurant. Lots of kiddos had their picture made and received some Easter candy in return. Natalie Rogers and Hallie Joyce won a special prize donated by the Ruritans.

Thank you to the Girl Scouts, who delivered Easter bags to the LifeBrite Nursing Home residents sponsored by Sandy Ridge Ruritans and Deeanna Biggs.
