Chocolate Swiss Roll Recipe- First take a cup and place a sieve on it. Now add 1/2 cup maida, 1/3 cup sugar powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda and strain well. Then add 2 tsp cocoa powder and mix well. Now add 1/2 cup milk and mix well. Then add 1/4 cup unsmelled oil and mix gently. Then add 1/2 tsp white vinegar and mix well.

Now divide the prepared batter into two bowls. Then place a pan on the gas and smooth it with oil/butter. Then take a bowl of batter, put it in a pan and spread to medium thickness.
