Actor Brian Baumgartner appears at the after party for the world premiere of Cirque du Soleil’s “Viva ELVIS” production at Haze Nightclub at the Aria Resort & Casino at CityCenter February 19, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Fans of the series “The Office” are rejoicing after a TikTok user revealed that the recipe of “Kevin’s Famous Chili” can be found in the terms and conditions section of the show’s agreement on the Peacock streaming channel (NY Post). The famous chili episode appears in Season 5, Episode 26 of the show where Kevin brings a large pot of chili to the office to share with his co-works, but it sadly falls all over the floor.
If you don’t exactly remember this part of “The Office”, watch the scene below:
The TikTok user @mckenziefloyd, who discovered the easter egg, has over 131,000 views. She says her boyfriend was going through Peacock’s terms and conditions for the platform when they found the recipe among all the other legal jargon. She captioned the video with “Is it because no one ever reads these??”
Peacock has hidden recipes in their terms before. Back in 2020, they put a chocolate cake recipe in their user conditions. According to the NY Post, the company wrote, “At Peacock, we don’t make promises we can’t keep, so please see below for very delicious, Peacock-approved, just-like-Grandma-used-to-make chocolate cake recipe.”
The NY Post has the chili recipe here in case you’ve always wanted to taste.
What’s the best “easter egg” you’ve ever seen? Are you planning to make “Kevin’s Famous Chili”?
