1 cup chopped fruits of your own choice
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 cup coconut water/ rose water
1 tablespoon honey

Step 1 : Chop your favourite fruits and add some chia seeds or any seeds according to your preference in a container
Step 2 : Add coconut water and rose water.
