This drink is a favorite après-ski treat at the Montage Deer Valley in Park City, Utah, and if you’re feeling super comfortable, serve it in front of a crackling fire like they do at the resort.

Ingredients:

Frangelico 1.5 oz

1oz espresso

1 medium scoop of Bourbon caramel ice cream

caramel sauce

Method:

In a chilled martini glass, brush the inside with caramel sauce.

Add a medium scoop of Bourbon caramel ice cream.
