Instructions
1. Unwrap 28 Oreo Original Biscuits and grind them in a food processor. Add the crushed Oreo cookies to a mixing bowl.
2. Then add 60 milliliters of melted butter to the mixing bowl. Mix everything together.
3. Use a square baking pan and line the inside with baking paper. Press the Oreo mixture against the bottom. Let it set in the fridge for 15 minutes.
4. Then take another mixing bowl and add 400 grams of Philadelphia cream cheese, 10 grams of vanilla sugar and 120 grams of granulated sugar. Mix everything together with a hand mixer.
5. When everything is well mixed, add 400 milliliters of fresh cream (35% fat) to the mixture. Mix everything together.
6. Crumble 8 Oreo Original Biscuits and add this to the mixture. Use a spatula to stir it into the mixture.
7. Add the mixture to the baking pan, making sure the mixture is evenly distributed.
8. Crumble on top 4 Oreo Original Biscuits.
9. Leave to set in the freezer for 4 hours.
10. After 4 hours, this Oreo Cheesecake is ready to be served!
