Dice the green apple very finely and add to a small bowl 2. add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and mix to combine. 3. serve a teaspoon onto a freshly shucked raw oyster and enjoy! ​ Charbroiled Oysters **Ingredients:** * 12 oysters (preferably east coast because they are larger) * 1 stick of butter * 2 green onions * 5 cloves garlic * 1 teaspoon worchestershire * 1 teaspoon chili oil * 1/2 cup parmesan cheese * 2 tablespoons parsley * zest of 1/2 a lemon * salt to taste **Directions:** 1. Preheat the broiler as hot as it will go. (you can also use a hot grill) 2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat add the butter and melt 3. once the butter is melted add the green onions and garlic (both chopped fine) and sweat for a few minutes until it smells really good in the house. 4. add the worchestershire, and chili oil along with the salt and take off the heat. 5. In a separate bowl add the parsley (chopped) and the lemon zest. 6. Grate in a 1/2 a cup of good parmesan 7. when you’re ready to eat place the oysters on a sheet pan and add a tablespoon of the butter mixture onto each oyster. Follow with a tablespoon of the cheese mixture. 8. Broil for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is crispy and the edges of the oysters start to look ruffled. 9. finish with an extra drizzle of the butter mixture and enjoy.
