Make sure to shake off any excess between each dredge. Make sure to really push the panko and coconut into each shrimp. 6. preheat an air fryer to 380 degrees and coat your basket with cooking spray. 7. place your shrimp into the basket making sure not to overcrowd it. spray the shrimp with a light coating of oil. 8. cook for 9 minutes. 9. plate the shrimp and dunk em in plenty of pina colada dipping sauce.
