First add a frying pan over medium heat. Add 60 grams of unsalted butter and let it melt completely. 2. When the butter has melted and turns golden, add 250 grams of granulated sugar. Mix the granulated sugar with the butter. 3. Keep stirring in the pan until you get a bronze/brown color. 4. Gradually add 150 ml of fresh cream (35% fat). Keep stirring as you add the cream to the pan. 5. When the mixture is ready, put the mixture in a baking pan. 6. Let it set in the fridge for 4 hours. 7.
