Further, heat oil in a wok/kadai on a high flame. * Once the oil becomes hot, add chopped garlic cloves and Saute till the garlic is light brown. * Further, add chopped onions and saute for about 2-3 minutes on low-medium heat until the onions are translucent. Keep stirring often. * Now add chopped cabbage and bell peppers into the kadai.
