Instructions
1. First add two eggs, 250 milliliters of milk in a mixing bowl. Mix everything together.
2. Then add 8 grams of vanilla sugar to the mix.
3. Then add 120 grams of all-purpose flour to the mix. Mix the batter until smooth.
4. Take your muffin tin and grease the tins with sunflower oil.
5. Add the batter to the molds.
6. Bake for 10 min (200℃) and then 10 min (180℃).
7. Let them cool completely after baking.
8. Melt 20 grams of butter and grease the yorkshire pudding with the melted butter.
9. Take a bowl and add 18 grams of granulated sugar and 8 grams of cinnamon. Mix everything together.
10. Dip the Yorkshire Pudding into the granulate/cinnamon mixture.
11. Add a strawberry.
12. To make whipped cream, put 60 grams of icing sugar and 500 milliliters of fresh cream in your food processor.
13. Add the whipped cream to the Yorkshire Pudding.
14. Melt some dark Belgian chocolate and sprinkle it over the whipped cream. Your Yorkshire Pudding Dessert is ready to be served!
