* 300 milliliters of fresh cream
* 50 grams of brown caster sugar
* 50 grams of granulated sugar
* 6 milliliters of vanilla extract
* 250 grams of mascarpone
* 250 grams of philadelphia cream cheese
* 8 grams of whipped cream stiffener
* 20 grams of unsalted butter
Caramel sauce
* 100 grams of granulted sugar
* 45 milliliters of water
* 100 milliliters of fresh cream
* 50 grams of unsalted butter
Instructions
1. First add 300 milliliters of fresh cream to your kitchen machine. Whip the cream until soft peaks forms.
2. Next heat 100 milliliters of fesh cream over medium low heat.
3. To make the caramel add 100 grams of granulated sugar and 45 milliliters of water to your frying pan.
4. Then add 250 grams of mascarpone, 250 grams of Philadelphia cream cheese, 50 grams of brown caster sugar, 50 grams of granulated sugar and 6 milliliters of vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Mix everything together.
5. Next add the whipped cream and 8 grams of whipped cream stiffener to the mixing bowl. Mix everyhting together.
6. When the sugar in the frying pan is discolouring, stir everything well until you get a coppery color.
7. Add the heated fresh cream and 50 grams of unsalted butter. Mix everything together.
8. Unpack a package with 2 stroopwafels and cut them in small pieces.
9. Get a glass and add first a layer of stroopwafels.
10. Then add a layer cream.
11. Next add a layer of the caramel.
12. Repeat this process until the glass is full. Finely add half a stroopwafel to the top.
