Gently remove the onion heart with a knife, leaving 2-3 outer layers 2. Chop the onion layers finely 3. Finely chop 2 peppers 4. Chop the tomatoes 5. Fry the chopped onions in vegetable oil 6. Add pepper and continue frying with onions -> Add the chopped tomato and keep frying -> Add salt, pepper and Provence herbs to taste -> Add 250 g of minced meat -> Add 2 cloves of garlic and simmer over low heat 7.
