Shred the tarot and steam until cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste. 2. Place steamed tarot on a spring roll sheet, add some mayonnaise, vegetarian pork floss, and coriander. 3. Assemble the spring roll and seal the end with flour paste. 4. Deep fry the spring rolls until golden.
