* 12-oz bag Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
* 2 c water or broth
* 4 tablespoon butter
* 4 stalks celery, chopped
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 1-½ c raisins
* 2 apples, cored and chopped
* 1-½ c whole cranberries
* 2 tablespoon orange zest (optional)
**INSTRUCTIONS**
* In a large pot, bring water (or broth) and butter to a simmer, until butter has melted.
* Remove from heat, add stuffing mix, and toss with a fork until all the breadcrumbs are moist.
* Let the breading cool for a few minutes. In the meantime, chop all your fruits and veggies.
* Toss fruits and vegetables with the breading mix.
* Stuff turkey and cook as usual. Alternatively, place in a casserole dish and bake at 375℉ for about 40 minutes.
