Grease and line a 20cm x 20cm pan 2. In a large bowl melt the chocolate pieces and butter together. Set aside. 3. In a medium bowl, stir together the self-raising flour, plain flour, macadamia nuts and remaining 200g chopped chocolate. 4. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and stir to combine. 5. Add eggs and vanilla to the saucepan and stir until the ingredients are well combined. 6. Add the flour mixture to the chocolate mixture. Stir until just combined. 7. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon. 8. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes in a preheat oven at 170 degrees Celsius (150 degrees Celsius fan-forced).
