Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl whisk together the whole wheat flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tarter. 2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add in the egg and vanilla and mix to combine. 3. Add in the dry ingredients in thirds, mixing until just incorporated. 4. Mix equal parts sugar and cinnamon, about 1/4 – 1/2 cup total. 5. Scoop the dough into your hands and roll it into a ball, roll the cookie dough ball into the sugar bowl and place the dough on a baking pan. 6.
